I'll be doing a post this week on my blog about how I deal with home business overwhelm. We should get a great cross blog conversation going. My affiliate managers use Basecamp to help keep us all in the loop. That combined with Google calender has been a tremendous help for us. I have just begun outsourcing in the past few months and it's made a world of a difference to me. It allows me to focus on what I do best and spend more time doing what I love best... hanging out with my wife and kids and enjoying life to the fullest. I'm loving the new look of your site.
